CAD-CUT® Basic Film

Polyurethane (PU) flex film with matt surface and optimum coverage
Ideal for plotting larger motifs and numbers, as the material has a non-adhesive backing
Suitable for multicolour proofs
Temperature: 160 °C, Time: 10 sec., Pressure: medium, (#4-6 on Hotronix®), Peel: Cold
Recommended fabrics: 100% cotton, 100% polyester (Test before application), polyester-cotton blends
Multi-colour designs: Apply background for 3-5 sec. peel carrier cold, repeat process for each additional colour, apply last colour for 18-20 sec., peel cold
You should always test cut prior to any production run, cutter settings will need to be adjusted as the blade ages
For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1,5mm for lettering and logos
Washable up to 60 °C
Do not use fabric softeners or bleach
Suitable for drying with gentle adjustment
Washing and ironing inside out
Store in cool, dry area; avoid direct heat and sunlight
